By checking "Agreed" below, you agree to the following terms: Your rental request will not be fulfilled if you have not paid your invoice in full. You may cancel your order and receive a full refund up until 2 hours before your rental time. We do not offer any other refunds. We encourage you to post a selfie with the final prize/treasure/reward/sign, but require that you DO NOT post photos/videos showing the details of our puzzles, other than what you can see on the outer box. We charge a $150 refundable damage deposit on all orders. Your deposit will be refunded within 7 days of the safe return of your rental. We will hold $20 for each missing/altered lock or item. Fees will vary on all other damages or missing parts. Failure to return your rental will result in a 100% forfeit of your deposit. If you are late to meet with our puzzle master at the pick up/drop off point, you may be subject to late fees. We charge $20 per each half hour past the established meeting time. We value honesty. If something goes wrong or something gets damaged, please be honest and let us know. Fees can be waived in the best case scenario.
