Renting one of our lockboxes is easy!
Submit a booking request form via the “Booking” page
Shortly thereafter you will receive email confirmation of your rental order from our team with options for pickup/drop off times, as well as an invoice for your payment
Reply to us with your desired pickup/drop off time, pay for your rental with the $150 refundable deposit included
After payment has been received, meet up with the puzzle master at your chosen location, pick up your puzzle, HAVE A BLAST.
Return your puzzle at the required time without any damages or alterations, and receive your $150 deposit back within 7 days! Easy peasy!

Why do we charge a $150 deposit?
Our lockboxes are labours of love with many hours put into them; each element is hand crafted and unique to the puzzle. The deposit is used to deter people from damaging or stealing elements of our lockboxes. If you return your rental the way that you received it, your $150 will be 100% refunded.
How did you come up with your rental cost?
A standard escape room can cost anywhere from $35-$55 per person. We wanted to ensure that our costs were comparable, if not more affordable, especially if you’re sharing your Operation Lockbox experience with a group.
What if I want to cancel my order & get a refund?
We allow full refunds if you’d like to cancel your order any time before 2 hours of your confirmed rental time. We do not offer any other refunds. You don’t get a refund at an escape room if you don’t like it, and the same logic applies here.
