DO’S & DON’TS

DO go at your own pace and enjoy the experience. Unlike a conventional escape room, we won’t kick you out after 60 minutes!

  • DON’T unscrew, cut, pry, saw or smash. Use only the locks and latches to advance through the adventure.

  • DO text The Puzzle Master when you are about to begin. (We provide you with a phone number as a life line). We will stand by for two hours thereafter to answer your requests for clues, if any.

  • DON’T reassemble the whole Lockbox when you’re done. Just leave all locks (open), clues and gadgets inside the first level.

  • DO Google when/if desired. Some of the puzzles you will encounter do incorporate a bit of trivia here and there.

  • DON’T post photos/videos showing the details of our puzzles, other than what you can see on the outer box.

  • DO take a selfie of your team holding the final prize/treasure/reward/sign. Be sure to tag @operationlockbox on Instagram and Facebook to be featured on our page!
